What exactly is “PACE?” Sherri Wolken and Mike Flaherty will explain how it’s one of only 154 programs in the entire nation that provides a FULL range of services, medications, equipment and supplies ‘under one roof.’ Its mission is to help people live independently in their homes and communities. PACE is an insurer that pools Medicare and Medicaid funding to support greater quality of life, improved health outcomes and caregiver support.
